This policy applies to all premium subscription purchases made on Aaggu (aaggu.com).

Aaggu provides digital subscription services. Since our premium features are delivered instantly and digitally upon purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy. We encourage you to read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
By completing a payment for any Aaggu premium plan, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
✅ You were charged but premium was not activated within 24 hours of payment.
✅ You were charged twice for the same subscription (duplicate payment).
✅ There was a technical error on our platform that prevented you from accessing premium features you paid for.
✅ You request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have not substantially used the premium features.
❌ More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.
❌ You have used premium features for the majority of the subscription period.
❌ Your account was terminated for violating our Terms and Conditions.
❌ You simply changed your mind after using the service.
❌ The refund request is for a free plan (female users).
❌ The issue is caused by your internet connection, device, or a third-party application.
Aaggu premium subscriptions are one-time purchases that do not auto-renew. There is no ongoing subscription to cancel.
Once a subscription period ends (Daily = 1 day, Weekly = 7 days, Monthly = 30 days), premium access expires automatically. You may choose to purchase a new subscription at any time.
If you wish to cancel a purchase before the premium is activated, contact us immediately at support@aaggu.com. We will attempt to stop the activation and process a full refund if the cancellation is received in time.

Prices are inclusive of GST. Pricing is subject to change; the price at time of purchase applies.
Send an email to support@aaggu.com with the subject line: "Refund Request – [Your Order ID]"
In your email, include: your registered Google email address, Razorpay Order ID or Payment ID (from your payment confirmation), the date of purchase, and the reason for the refund request.
Our team will review your request within 3 business days and notify you of the outcome via email.
If approved, the refund will be initiated within 3 business days. It will reflect in your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (UPI, credit/debit card, net banking, or wallet) via Razorpay. We do not issue refunds in cash or via alternative payment methods.
Aaggu will not be liable for delays caused by your bank or payment provider's processing times beyond our control.
If your payment fails but an amount was deducted from your account, it will typically be returned automatically to your payment source within 5–7 business days by your bank or Razorpay. This is not a refund — it is a reversal of a failed transaction.
If the amount is not returned within 7 business days, please contact us with your bank reference number and we will assist in resolving the issue with Razorpay.
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably through our support team. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your Aaggu account.
For unresolved disputes, you may approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum or relevant authorities as applicable under Indian consumer protection laws.
