Please read these Terms carefully before using Aaggu. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Aaggu Internet Services ("Aaggu", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at aaggu.com and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.
Aaggu offers sign-in via Google OAuth 2.0. By signing in, you agree to:
One individual may maintain only one account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or restrictions is prohibited.
Aaggu is a platform for casual social interaction. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms, our community guidelines, and all applicable Indian and international laws.
You are expected to treat all other users with respect and dignity. Aaggu is a space for genuine, friendly conversation.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Aaggu:
Violation of these rules may result in immediate and permanent account termination without refund. Serious violations will be reported to law enforcement authorities.
Aaggu offers premium subscription plans (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) that provide enhanced features including gender-based matching preferences, priority connection, and an ad-free experience. Pricing varies based on the plan selected and may differ by user category.
All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a third-party payment gateway regulated under applicable Indian financial laws. By making a purchase, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy. Aaggu does not store your payment card details.
Premium access is activated immediately upon successful payment verification. If your premium is not activated within 15 minutes of payment, please contact support@aaggu.com with your payment reference.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase. You must manually renew your plan upon expiry.
Refunds are handled per our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Purchasing a premium plan constitutes agreement with that policy.
All prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST as required under Indian law. Aaggu shall issue a GST invoice upon request for premium purchases.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the Aaggu name, logo, design, source code, graphics, user interface, and text — is owned by Aaggu Internet Services or its licensors and is protected under Indian intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any of our intellectual property.
You retain ownership of any content you create during your use of the Platform. However, since Aaggu does not store chat or video content, no licence to user-generated content is required or claimed.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.
Aaggu is not responsible for the conduct, statements, or actions of any user on the Platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aaggu and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Aaggu in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹500 (whichever is greater).
Aaggu reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to other users or the Platform.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@aaggu.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
Premium subscriptions are non-refundable upon account termination for violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh – 201315, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage you to contact us at support@aaggu.com. We are committed to resolving disputes amicably within 30 days where possible.
